Season's Greetings from HSBooster.eu

As 2024 draws to a close and we approach the conclusion of the HSbooster.eu pilot in March 2025, we find ourselves reflecting on nearly three years of intense yet rewarding work.

Launched in April 2022, HSBooster.eu set out with a clear mission: to seamlessly integrate standardisation into the workflows of EU-funded Research and Innovation (R&I) projects. This Horizon Europe-funded initiative has provided tailored support to align R&I outputs with relevant standards, enhancing their valorisation and often improving their readiness for market adoption.

To date, we are proud to share that HSBooster.eu has supported over 300 projects and delivered more than 250 standardisation services. These services have ranged from personalised consultations and sector-specific deep-dive workshops to contributions to CEN Workshop Agreements.

The adaptive and phased methodology employed by the project has been guided by continuous feedback, ensuring that our support evolved in line with the practical needs of the R&I community.

Our efforts have also extended to developing innovative tools such as the Standards Orientation Tool (SOT), sector-specific webinars, and a comprehensive Training Academy designed to clarify standardisation pathways for both projects and individuals.

These achievements would not have been possible without the immense cooperation, interest, and dedication of the projects and experts who have been a part of this journey. Your active engagement has been fundamental to our success, and we are deeply grateful for your invaluable contributions.

As we enter the final months of the project, we would like to remind all eligible R&I projects that the final Open Call will close on 31 December 2024, so don’t miss this last opportunity to access our services.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the HSBooster.eu consortium!
